George Forman’s Walk and Box feels like a work-out but it doesn’t feel like work. George and Petra are encouraging without being patronizing. The challege of the movements is based on the intensity you bring to them so it is perfect for most fitness levels. If you are looking for a work-out that is flat out fun, I recommend Walk and Box.
