This book contain all sort of recipes to choose from so you can eat all day with compromise. The recipes contain real ingredients no fake stuff. Everything looks and sounds yummy! If you are thinking about losing weight I think this the way to go especially cause you are eating all day so you’ll dieting without knowing it.

Six small meals a day and exercise. Skipping meals and starving tells your body to store it’s fat because it doesn’t know when it will receive fuel again so better store up the reserves. If you eat continuously all day your body isn’t hungry you’re mentally satisfied and you lose weight, no fat storing. Simple chemistry.

This is an excellent book. Superbly written and easy to read. Great advice for the eternal dieter who longs to get off the ‘rollercoaster of diets’ My wife saids ‘if only I had known about this book long before now. Still better later than never. That’s the thing about this book, it is never, ever too late to finally kick that extra weight and get back into a sensible six meals a day eating plan’
